Questions buyers ask
Does the ₹4.80 Cr price include GST and stamp duty?
No. It is the base price. GST of 5% applies to under-construction homes, and Haryana stamp duty is 7% for men, 5% for women and 6% for joint buyers in urban areas at the time of writing. Registration and project charges are extra.
Why is the penthouse price on request?
Penthouses are allotted one by one and vary by tower, floor and terrace, and the developer revises them from time to time. We send the current figure for the unit you are considering rather than publish a number that may be out of date.
How much can be paid before the agreement for sale?
Under Section 13 of RERA, the developer cannot take more than 10% of the cost as an advance before a written agreement for sale is registered.
