This policy explains how this website, run by a channel partner for The Palatial by Hero Homes, handles the details you share with us. Last updated 28 September 2026.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name and phone number, and, if you give them, your email address, the type of request and a preferred site visit slot. We also record the page you submitted from, the date and time, and your IP address, which we use to limit spam.

We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or passwords through this website.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, to send you project information you asked for, and to arrange site visits. With your agreement, we share your name and phone number with Hero Homes' sales team so they can meet you for a site visit or booking.

We do not sell your details and do not share them with other developers.

How we store it

Enquiries are stored in a file on our web server that is not publicly accessible, and are sent to our sales inbox. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this website. The map on some pages loads from Google only when it scrolls into view, and a film, if shown, loads from YouTube only when you press play.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete it, by calling +91 93553 02055 or replying to any message from us. We will act on the request within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
